    Existing samples ship in 3–5 days; custom prototypes in 7–10 days. Production starts only after your written approval.

    Incoming raw material is verified against specification; moulds are maintained on a documented schedule to hold dimensional tolerance.

  4. Finishing & inspection

    Plating, polishing and assembly in-house, then a 100% visual check plus AQL 2.5 sampling for load, colour and fit.

  5. Export & follow-up

What is your minimum order quantity for casket handles?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 sets for ABS plastic handles, 500 sets for zinc alloy and aluminium swing bar handles, and 300 sets for stainless steel or wooden handle sets. For custom private-mould designs, MOQ is 200 sets per new design.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Existing catalogue samples are dispatched within 3–5 working days and are free of charge for qualified buyers who cover the courier cost. Custom prototypes take 7–10 days and are charged at tooling cost, refundable against a first bulk order.
What load can your funeral handles support?
Rated static load ranges from 140 kg for ABS plastic models up to 240 kg for stainless steel models, always calculated with a safety factor above 2.0. We can supply third-party load test reports for institutional tenders.
Do you support OEM branding and custom colours?
Fully. We handle private moulds, logo hot-stamping, laser engraving, Pantone/RAL colour matching in injection, plating and powder coating, plus branded cartons and retail boxes with your artwork.
Which shipping terms and payment methods do you accept?
We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou, CIF and DDP. Payment is 30% deposit with 70% against the bill of lading copy, by T/T; L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 30,000. All major currencies are invoiced.
How do you guarantee quality across repeat orders?
Each product has a frozen colour standard, master sample and dimensional drawing kept on file. Production is checked against these references, and every shipment includes an inspection report with photos of the actual batch.
