About caskethandle
caskethandle was founded in 2006 in Zhongshan, Guangdong as a tool-and-die workshop serving local casket factories. Two decades later we operate a 12,000 m² vertically integrated plant producing more than 500,000 funeral handle and casket hardware pieces each month, with roughly 78% of output exported.
Our founders were mould makers before they were handle manufacturers. That heritage still shows: we hold every drawing, master sample and colour standard for the last 18 years, and we can reverse-engineer a discontinued handle from a single photograph.
Injection moulding, die casting, CNC machining, polishing/plating and assembly all happen inside our own workshops. Nothing critical is subcontracted, so quality problems are solved in hours rather than weeks — and your delivery date does not depend on a third party.
Around 78% of our revenue comes from overseas buyers in North America, Europe, Latin America, Oceania and the Middle East. Our sales engineers are trained on EN 13451-1, ANSI and CE documentation requirements, and packaging is designed for 30+ day sea freight.

How we work

Existing samples ship in 3–5 days; custom prototypes in 7–10 days. Production starts only after your written approval.
Incoming raw material is verified against specification; moulds are maintained on a documented schedule to hold dimensional tolerance.
Plating, polishing and assembly in-house, then a 100% visual check plus AQL 2.5 sampling for load, colour and fit.
